The Masseria
In the heart of the generous countryside of Noci, at the end of a narrow road, lies Masseria Calandrella.
Its origins date back to the Spanish domination when the first rural buildings began to appear in the area. It later expanded under the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, when landowners shared the cool and solid rooms of the masseria with farmers and shepherds, who lived with their families on the lower floors. Thick walls, simple rooms, and a close connection with the land defined – and still define – its identity.
Today, we have brought this place back to life, preserving the spirit of the agricultural estate while offering attentive and authentic hospitality.
The Rooms
The property offers seven rooms:
- Three matrimonial rooms with an additional bed
- One quadruple room
- Two trulli
- One standard matrimonial room
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, including towels, bathrobe, hairdryer, toiletries, and a wardrobe.
Breakfast and Services
Breakfast, prepared with local and organic products, is served in the restaurant area or on the spacious terrace, depending on the timing and preferences of the guests.
